What packaging can I ask Zhenxiong about?
Our current website covers folding cartons, printed mailer boxes, bottle labels and clear packaging boxes. Describe your product and intended use so the team can discuss a suitable specification.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our customization page states a minimum order of 1,000 pieces. Confirm the product-specific quantity with the team: structure, material and finishing can affect the final order requirements.
What should I send to request a quote?
Include packaging type, product or box dimensions, quantity, intended material if known, print artwork or a reference, finishing requirements, destination and required arrival date. If some details are unknown, send a product photo and explain the intended use.
How should I specify packaging dimensions?
Use length × width × height and state the unit, preferably millimetres. Explain whether the measurement is the product, internal box size or external box size. Include inserts, wrapping and accessories when describing the packed product.
Can I request a sample before production?
Ask the team about the sample appropriate for your project. Confirm whether it is a structural, material or printed sample, along with any charge, timing and delivery arrangements, before proceeding.
How long does production and shipping take?
Timing must be quoted for the specific project after structure, material, artwork, quantity and destination are reviewed. Production time and transit time are separate; include the date you need the goods to arrive.
What artwork should I provide?
Share your available artwork, brand references and any existing dieline. Tell us the print and finish requirements. The team should confirm the required production-file format, dieline and final proof before printing.
Which surface finishes can I discuss?
The customization page shows printing, lamination, foil stamping, UV coating, embossing and design options. Suitability and availability must be confirmed for the selected packaging material and structure.
Where is the factory?
Our listed factory address is Building 5, No. 8 Fuyuan 3rd Road, Huadu District, Guangzhou, China. Contact the team before arranging a visit.
Where can I review company certificates?
Company documents are displayed on the About Us page. Ask the team for current documentation and the scope applicable to your order; do not assume every document applies to every product or process.
How can I attach artwork or reference images?
The contact form accepts one supported file up to 8 MB. For larger files or multiple references, contact yola@gzzhenxiong.cn or WhatsApp +86 13527668865 to agree a suitable way to share them.
Does an inquiry place an order?
No. An inquiry begins a discussion. Product specifications, price, sample requirements, payment, delivery and other order terms need to be agreed separately.
